The room included a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The breakfast offered a proper double bed mattress.

I could not check in a bit early when I arrived. There was no real bar, only drinks in their fridge. A few bathroom fixtures were loose.

My room offered a spacious layout with a nice view of the surrounding streets. The breakfast had many options, including fresh pastries and eggs, a GREAT start to my day. The staff were consistently helpful, and always available at reception. The hotel's proximity to public transportation made navigating the city quite simple.

The minibar was not restocked daily.

The breakfast offered enough food, including sausages. i found the vegetables fresh. the toilet in my room had an adequate supply of clean towels and shower gel. the shower head holder was slightly loose, a minor issue i could live with. More hooks to hang clothes in the toilet would have been useful.

the location is a little far from the metro station! though a grocery store is conveniently nearby.

the reception offered helpful information for exploring the city. currency exchange was also available for converting euros into czk. bag storage was available before check-in, a very helpful service. staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly during check-in. Our room was clean and spacious. I liked the vintage touch. Breakfast had many options. There were perhaps too many choices with soup and various salads available.

The shower head holder in our bathroom was a bit loose. It did not hold the shower head tightly.

The hotel includes complimentary air conditioning in the rooms. This was super nice in summer. Bag storage is available before check-in. I was charmed by this service. Currency exchange helps to convert Euro into CZK easily.

The hotel is well located for Namesti Miru and Múzeum. It is a short walk to the tram stop or metro at I.P. Pavlova. A grocery store nearby allows for convenient shopping if needed. I was happy to buy some local items.

faulty air conditioningluggage storage charge

The air conditioning system do not work proper. The remote had only a few settings. I asked reception, they claimed they do not know it either, it make me mad. It reminded me of they weren't even trying to help. Luggage storage had an extra charge. I think this is outrageous, no hotel should charge extra for that.

the breakfast was good for the price i paid.

The shower was too close to the screen. Water leaked everywhere! the air con leaked, too. I reported it, but nothing happened. i really think they should have spare pillows in the wardrobe.
